JJK Games
Same sex pairs competition will be held on Saturday 23rd March at JJK Fitness
This is a functional fitness competition, NOT CrossFit (no gymnastics, snatches etc... however the RX division may have clean & jerk)

Movement Standards
Below is a guide to the movement standards for the JJK Games, expect synchro on some/all movements over the workouts in the finals.
