FITTEST IN DA HOUSE 2022
About This Competition
Road to find the Fittest member of CrossFit Maksimir 2022 is starting on 1st of September 2022!
Our In house competition consists of 2 qualifier workouts which you need to finish until finals on 24.9 and additional workout after that which you have until 8.10. All those who pass to finals will compete in live event on saturday 8.10.! All workouts of the qualifier (preFinals WOD 1 and 2 and 3) are simple to organize and everybody can do them any time of day. Results from all wods will carry into finals and only top 16 male and 12 females are going into finals - in the finals there is no eliminations!
PreFinals WOD 1 from 1.9 - 11.9. 2022. We will test your overall conditioning with simple and effective couplet of Rowing and Wall balls. Standards for Wall balls will be Men 9 kg to target 3,05 m, Women 6 kg to 2,75 m target. Each member will have to do the workout in front of at least 2 judges (main one who will be scoring + second judge who will just overlook the standards).
PreFinals WOD 2 from 12.9. - 22.9.2022. We will test overall strength and conditioning with simple triplet of Deadlift, burpee over bar and box jumps. Standards for Deadlifts: bar starts from floor up to extended knees and hips, weight starts from 40 kg Men and 25 kg Women. Burpee over bar will be standard from this years Open workout: burpee chest to the floor and jump in any way across the bar (in one time both feet need to be in the air). Box jumps start with jump in the same time with both feet and extension of the knees and hips on the box (step down is allowed). Each member will have to do the workout in front of at least 2 judges (main one who will be scoring + second judge who will just overlook the standards).
FINALS 8.10.2022. SATURDAY
We will test 3 Workouts in all time domains, load schemes and elements with different time and movement priority domains as much as possible to find the fittest member for 2022!
Workouts for PreFinals will be announced on the first day of time period for the completion of the workout and you will have 2 weeks to do the WOD under supervision of 2 judges.
Workouts of Final event will be announced on the day of competition 8.10.2022. in the morning briefing.
Also results from Prefinals are collected and carried out to finals as a score in the overall leaderboard.
PRICING AND FEES
Each Individual will have to pay administration cost + competition corner small fee upon entering competition. TOTAL COST: 10 Eur per person
REWARDS
Each finalist will be rewarded with Finalist T-Shirt upon Competiton reward ceremony. For winners there is only FIRST PRIZE reward which is engraving their names on gold plated Board above gym entrance! (Top Male and Top Female score only).
REFUND POLICY
There is no money back policy for any stage of competition. Also there is no transfers or substitutions on others athlete name.
QUALIFYING RULES
Only top 12 male and 12 females are going into final event which is held on 8.10. in CrossFit Maksimir
