About This Competition
Rep it Out UK 2023 is here!
Qualifiers will take place between 30th June - 20th July, with one workout to be completed per week, each week, for 3 weeks.
The live finals will then take place at EIS Sheffield Arena on the 18th - 19th November 2023!
All athletes will compete across one day at the finals.
This competition is for same sex pairs.
The qualifiers will require individual video submissions, a total score will then be taken from the 2 athlete's videos. This is to hopefully make it easier for those of you who don't live close to your partner or have the same schedules.
Categories are:
Scaled: 18th November
Intermediate: 19th November
RX: 18th November
Elite: 19th November
*The top scoring teams in the RX category will be invited to compete in the Elite division at the finals.
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Both athletes are to meet these standards
SCALED
Perfect for the newbies to the sport & beginner level athletes.
The movement standards & weights below are an example of the level you will perform in workouts:
Single Unders
Jumping pull ups
Clean & Jerk* - 50/35kg
Snatch* - 40/25kg
Deadlift* - 80/50kg
Dumbbells 2 x 15/10kg
*Weights to be cycled for aprox 5 reps
INTERMEDIATE
The division for athletes who have been training for a while.
You know the workouts & lifts but are still yet to progress onto the complex gymnastics movements.
The movement standards & weights below are an example of the level you will perform in workouts:
Double Unders
Pull ups / Toes to bar
Clean & Jerk* - 60/40kg
Snatch* - 50/30kg
Deadlift* - 100/70kg
Dumbbells 2 x 22.5/15kg
*Weights to be cycled for aprox 5 reps
RX/ELITE*
For the more experienced athlete.
You've got the complex gymnastics in the locker & are beginning to lift the heavier weights.
The movement standards & weights below are an example of the level you will perform in workouts:
Bar Muscle Ups
Chest to bar
Hand stand push ups
Clean & Jerk* - 70/50kg
Snatch* - 60/40kg
Deadlift* - 120/85kg
Dumbbells 2 x 22.5/15kg
*Weights to be cycled for aprox 5 reps
ELITE*
The top scoring RX athletes from the qualifiers will be invited to compete in the Elite category
This category includes all movements in the RX standards.... & THEN SOME!
This is where you will find handstand walks and ring muscle ups
