Workout 1: "Left Hook, Right Hook" (2 Scores)    

Part 1: "Left Hook"

AMRAP12

2 Partners Complete:

40 Alt. DB Snatch (Rx @ 50/35) (Scaled @ 35/20)

30 Alt. Box Jumps (RX is box jumps, scaled can do step-ups or box jumps, 24/20")

20 Synchronized Burpee to Plate

(Score 1 = Rounds & Reps)

 

Part 2: "Right Hook"

1 Partner Completes:

Max Calorie Row

(Score 2 = MAX Calories on the Rower after 12 minutes)

 

*SWITCH WHENEVER - you can switch between Part 1 & 2.

*Both Part 1 & Part 2 will be happening at the same time!

 

Workout 2: "Saved by the Bell" (1 Score)

12 Minutes to Establish

P1: 3 Hang Cleans + 1 Jerk

P2: 2 Hang Cleans + 2 Jerks

P3: 1 Hang Clean + 3 Jerks

Score = TOTAL WEIGHT

75 Pull-Ups (Scaled: Ring Rows) 

75 Front Squats (RX: 95/65, Scaled: 75/55)

75 T2B (Scaled: Hanging Knee Raises) 

75 OHS (RX: 95/65, Scaled: Thrusters @ 75/55) 

Remaining Time: MAX Muscle-Ups (Scaled: Burpee Pullups) 

Score = # of Muscle-Ups (Scaled: Burpee Pullups)
