About This Competition

ONLINE QUALIFIER: - 9/14/20 TO 9/27/20

- 2 weeks 4/ish workouts $18

- all 4 workouts will be released Sunday 9/13/20 at 8pm

-all 4 scores are due at the on Sunday 9/27/20 by 8pm

- videos of all 4 workouts will be required for top 32 qualifiers in each division (Male/Female Individual RX and Intermediate)

* TOP 4 qualifiers from each division get TOP HEAT priority all weekend long at the Championship.  Additionally the top 4 in the online qualifier will win prizes from our sponsors*

 

CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT:  - 11/21 and 11/22 2020 - ALLENTOWN, PA

- Male/Female Individual RX and Intermediate*

- All athletes must qualify from our online qualifier, except for previous years RX 1st place finishers.

Workouts

For Time 

30-20-10 

Dumbbell Squat Cleans 50/35

Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead 50/35

After completing 20.1 in the remaining time on 14 minute running clock build to a 1 rep Max Deadlift.

At 3-2-1 GO athletes will complete

3 rounds of 

22 chest to bar pullups 

17 box jumps 30/24

In the remaining time on the 12 minute running clock athletes will complete max calories on the c2 rower.

 

At 3-2-1 GO athletes have 9 minutes to build for max load of hang power or squat snatch for 15 UNBROKEN reps, 12 UNBROKEN reps and 9 UNBROKEN reps. Athletes can add weight on each set but the set has to be UNBROKEN for it to count towards total. 

 

After completing 20.3 in the remaining time on 15 minute running clock build to a max L-Sit in one attempt.

 

 

At 3-2-1 GO athletes will complete the following for time.

120 double unders

40 toes to bar 

40 power cleans 135/95

40 toes to bar 

120 double unders
