Workouts

Teams will start from behind the line. When the timer starts, Partner 1 will get on the bike. Women will bike 15 Cals, men will bike 20 Cals. Partner 2 and 3 will be AMRAPing:

  • 20 DU's/30 Singles
  • 6 Box Jump Overs 20/24/30

8:00 AMRAP

Skips will equal 30 Reps.

DU's- 20x1.5

Athletes must finish 1 Rd before they switch with their partner. When Partner 1 completes their Cals, Partner 2 will bike, while Partner 1 and 3 continue the AMRAP. When Partner 2 finishes their Cals, Partner 3 will bike while Partner 1 and 2 continue the AMRAP. When Partner 3 completes their Cals, they can help their teammates with the AMRAP.

If Partner 1 finishes their Biking Cals and Partner 3 has 6 Box Jumpovers to do, Partner 2 will finish their Box Jumps and Partner 3 will bike their Cals. When Partner 2 finishes those Box Jumps, they will switch with Partner 1 and Partner 1 will complete the next Rd.

Your score will be on Rounds and Reps completed.

Athletes can choose the box height that best suits them. There is no scaling for the Bike.

This event is 9 Rounds. Each Teammate will do 3 Rounds. There is a 12:00 Timecap.

Teams start from behind the line. When the timer goes:

Partner 1 will do:

  • 3 Sandbag Cleans
  • 5m Handstand Walk or 15m Bear Crawl
  • 3 MUP's or 6 C2B or 9 Pullups or 12 Jumping Pullups
  • 3 Sandbag Cleans

They will then tag Partner 2 and they repeat. Then Partner 3 repeats it.

Each team can have 2 different weights for the cleans. A rep is complete when you remove 1 hand from the Sandbag or D-ball.

Pullup Portion will be scored as 12 Reps.

MUP- 3x4

C2B- 6x2

Pullups- 9x1.33

Each Team will have 2 barbells to use for this complex. There will be stacks of weights at each station. Collars MUST be used. Partners can help load and unload weight.

Teams will start behind the line. When the timer starts they will go to their bars and begin loading weight.

The Complex is:

  • 1 Snatch
  • 1 Hang Snatch
  • 1 Overhead Squat

8:00 For Max Total

You can not put the bar down during this complex until the squat is completed. You may complete your complex if time has expired as long as you pick up the barbell before time has expired. Weights can be dropped but help guide the lighter weights down to the floor.

If mobility is an issue for OH Squats, you can do 2 Forward Stepping Lunges.

Scores will be based on total max weight of all 3 teammates.

Teams will start from behind the line. When the timer starts they will go to the Wallball target. Partners 1 and 2 will do 10 Synchro Wallballs. Then Partner 2 and 3 do 10. Then Partner 1 and 3 do 10.

Teams will then go to the gym floor and perform 8 Reps of Burpees. They will follow the same order as they used in Wallballs.

Teams will then go to the rig to perform 6 Reps of Synchro T2B. They will follow the same order as they used in the Wallballs and Burpees.

Once they complete their T2B reps, they will go back to Wallballs and repeat. Continue to do this for the remainder of the 10:00.

Scores will be based on Rounds and Reps completed.

Wallball Weight RX is 14/20. Scaled can be any weight you would like.

T2B can be scaled to K2E or Hanging Leg Raise or Ab Mat Situps.

There is no Scaling Option for Burpees.

The top 5 teams will compete head to head in the final workout.

Each Partner will compete 1 Rd of:

  • 15 Pushups
  • 12 Deadlifts 65/95   85/115    95/135
  • 9 Front Squats
  • 350/400m Row

Athletes will all start from behind the line. Once the timer starts, the first athlete will step onto the floor and complete all movements and repetitions before they tag their partner in.

Athletes can choose their weight. We encourage everyone to choose a weight that will be challenging for them.

Everyone will do the required reps and meters. Pushups can be done from your knees.

If you do not complete the 3 Rds under the 12:00 Timecap, you will be given a score for your completed Reps.

The Row will be scored as 400m.

The womens Row will be multiplied by 1.14.

Ex. If she Rows 300m at the end of the time, you will calculate 300x1.14=342m
