At the top, the arms, hips, and knees must be fully locked out with the KB clearly over the middle of the athletes body when viewed from profile. The KB may only be set down, any drop from above the hips will be a no-rep and grounds for the workout to be terminated for the team if deemed intentional and unsafe by the judge (keep the area safe for others and respect the equipment). * Partner Medball Toss: Two Athletes will be on the ground facing each other with a box between them set up 30” in length and 20” tall. Athletes will keep their feet in contact with the box as they bring a 14lb medball behind their head and touch the ground. The Athlete will then sit up and toss the ball to their partner on the other side of the box 30” away for 1 rep. Athlete may throw the ball as they sit up or after they sit up. * Score = Reps KB Snatch + Reps Sandbag Clean + Reps Medball sit ups
