-every thing else remains the same for both divisions.
Both partners are always moving at the same time, partner 1 is skiing while partner 2 is rowing, when partner 1 has completed their ski and partner 2 their row, you can then start to perform your synchro burpees together.
You can choose who skis and who rows, you can change who is on what machine for your 250m, or remain on the same as before, up-to you.
You will Run together, once you both return together you can then start your synchro dumbbell snatch together.

15 minutes to find a heavy complex, as soon as your hands touch your bar for your first power clean, they must remain on it until final jerk for complex to count, as long as the bar is off the ground by minute 15 the complex can still count.

-4 CLEAN AND JERKS 25/35
-6 BOX STEP OVERS
15min time cap
WORKOUT 3 - PARTNER 1 WILL COMPLETE BOTH MOVEMENTS, WHICH EQUALS 1 ROUND, THEN RESTS WHILE PARTNER 2 DOES THE SAME, UNTIL YOU HAVE 5 EACH, 10 IN TOTAL COMPLETE BEFORE MOVING ONTO THE NEXT 2 SET OF MOVEMENTS.
