3 Rounds for time / 10 min time Cap. RX Male/Female. 15 Deadlifts 225/135, 30 Wall Balls 20/14, 60 Double Under's // Scaled Male/Female. 15 Deadlifts 155/95, 30 Wall Balls 14/10, 120 Single Under's.
All athletes will have 6 minutes to establish their 1 rep max clean (Power or Squat). At the end of the 6 minutes all athletes will have a 2 minute rest followed by.......
Immediately following the 2 min rest from WOD 2 all athletes will begin WOD 3. 7 min AMRAP: 1 Power Clean, 1 Front Rack Lunge (left leg), 1 Front Rack Lunge (right leg), 1 Shoulder 2 Overhead. RX 135/95 // SCALED 95/65
10 American Kettlebell Swings, 200m Hill Sprint w/ Sandbag, 10 American Kettlebell Swings. RX: Kettlebell: 70lb / 53lb, Sandbag: 80lb / 40lb // SCALED: Kettlebell: 53lb / 35lb Sandbag: 40lb / 20lb (wallball).
2 min AMRAP: 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 20 Box Overs, 10 Power Snatch, 20 Bar Over Burpees, 10 Thrusters, 20 Cal Row **1 Minute Rest**

10 Minute Cap: 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 20 Box Overs, 10 Power Snatch, 20 Bar Over Burpees, 10 Thrusters, 20 Cal Row // RX: 115/75, 24/20 (athletes must either jump over the box or jump up then jump to the other side of the box,step ups will not be allowed for RX) // SCALED: 95/65, 24/20 (athletes are allowed to do step ups for the box overs)
