About This Competition

Welcome to Strength Through Struggle by VETWOD + The Weekly Fight!


**The competition is back on - July 6-20**


Compete in Strength Through Struggle, an online functional fitness competition by VETWOD in collaboration with The Weekly Fight (a nonprofit organization dedicated to turning Post Traumatic Stress into Post Traumatic Growth through community involvement, events and outreach). TWF bridges the gap between veterans, EMS, first responders and civilians.  

The Weekly Fight uses their funds to help families affected by PTSD via a crisis management fund, a scholarship program for furthering education, and education outreach.

You can view movement standards by division by clicking on the division names.

Workouts will take place July 6th-July 20th, one workout per week. Workouts will open Monday first thing in the morning and close for submission the following Monday at the end of the day.

One partner works at a time splitting reps however they want, must complete all reps before moving to next movement.

The score is the time of completion. If not completed within the time cap, 1 second will be added to 20:00 for every remaining repetition.
