About This Competition

Welcome to the 2nd year of The Big Impact Games - Omni - Regional Qualifier! This Big Impact Games Regional Qualifier is a Coed Team of 4, 1-day event held at Omni Training Facility. 

Each individual that competes in the Omni Team of 2 event the day prior, will receive 5% off the registration cost for this event. EX. 4 teammates compete in the team of 2 event on Saturday(one female team & one male team) that team would receive 20% off their registration fee. Please email us at bigimpactgamess@gmail.com (DO NOT forget the 2 s's) and we will give you your appropiate discount code.

1st place and 2nd place teams in the "Qualifying Divisions" listed below will receive an invitation to our multi-day championship event in August 2022.

Coed Teams of 4: RX & Intermediate 

 

Workout Release Date/Time

- We will release an event every 5 teams that register

- ALL the events will be released 1-week prior to the competition. Teams can expect 4 events. 

 

Substitute Policy

- Team captain is responsible for replacing teammate and giving us the replacements proper info. (first and last name, t-shirt size if prior to t-shirt deadline, and email)

3 muscle ups (chest to bar - intermediate - burpee pull-ups scaled)

3 deadlifts 

1 minute rest

3 minute Amrap of the following

6 chest to bar (pull-ups - intermediate - 6 ring rows - scaled)

6 deadlift

1 minute rest

3 minute Amrap of the following

12 toes to bar (hanging knee raises - scaled)

12 deadlifts

Partner must complete one full round before next partner can go

Score total reps from each amrap - 3 separate scores

Male/Male and Female/Female pairs

Each team member will attempt to complete the following complex:

1 snatch

1 hang snatch

2 overhead squats

As long as the bar leaves the floor before the 6 minute time cap, the attempt will count if the complex is completed

Score will be total of each members heaviest complex completed.

Rx and Intermediate 

3 Rounds for time:

30 Handstand push-ups

30 Box jump overs

Reps can be split however team decides

7 Minute time cap

Rx and Intermediate 

3 Rounds for time:

30 Handstand push-ups

30 Box jump overs

Reps can be split however team decides

For time with a 12 minute time cap

50/40 Calorie row (40/30 Scaled) Buy-in

5 Rounds:

10 Worm thrusters (150/130)

10 Sychro burpees over the worm
