About This Competition
Team Functional Fitness Competiton - Same sex pairs
Refund Policy - Non Refundable, no refunds under any circumstances if event runs. You can transfer or privately sell on your ticket to another team if you wish.
Covid Refund - If covid restrictions come in to play at the time of the event, and the event cannot run, we will issue refunds minus any processing fees, if our rescheduled event date does not suit you.
Accessibility - This competition is designed with minimum skill requirements, allowing you to experience a competitive and fun fitness event, and really test your capacity. Loadings will be relative to the movement demand, allowing broad achievability.
Movement checklist - Movements that may be utilised in this competition, and level of competence required.
Barbell Movements: Deadlift, Power Clean, Front squat, Thruster, Push Press.
Other movements: Box Jump/step up, DB snatch, Devil Press, Wall Ball, Toes to bar, D-ball.
Cardio Machines: Assault Runner, Assault Bike, Ski erg, Bike Erg, Row Erg.
Rx Loading: 40/25kg & 60/40kg Barbells, 15/12.5kg DBs , 9/6kg Wall Balls, D-balls 20/15kg ("if" 60/40kg bar was to be programmed the movement demand would be accessible ie deadlifts) 😉
Guarenteed 3 Events - Your Team will complete a minimum of 3 events, with a possibility of qualification to the 4 and final event.
Workouts Released - Workouts will be dripped out 4 weeks from competition.
