About This Competition
This competition is composed of WODs that are grassroots CrossFit and sure to put your fitness to the test! With the hype of the Open coming to an end, this is a great opportunity to allow that momentum to keep building! This competition will consist of Team Divisions and Individual Teen Divsions. Teams will consist of 2 athletes, either Male/Male OR Female/Female. There will be NO co-ed teams. Teens will compete individually and register for divisions according to their age, 14-15 OR 16-17.

800 m Row, then
2 Rounds:
35 Thrusters (95/55)
35 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/55)
*Row and reps can be split however teams desire
7 min AMRAP:
Squat Cleans (115/75)
*Teams can chose how to split reps. Each rep can be caught in a full squat clean, or can be powered cleaned then front squatted
For Time
2 Rounds:
15 Deadlifts (185/115)
15 Box Jumps (24/20) or med-ball step-ups (20/14)
Finish w/ 15 Target Burpees to plate
*1 partner will complete the 2 rounds and 15 burpees, then tag next partner to complete 2 rounds and 15 burpees

*Row and reps can be split however teams desire
7 min AMRAP:
Squat Clean (185/125)
*Teams can chose how to split reps. RX must receive in a full squat (can't power clean and then front squat)
2 Rounds:
15 Deadlift (225/155)
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
400 m Run
*1 partner will complete the 2 rounds and run, then come in and tag second partner
