1- Day Event
2- Males 2- Females
3- Divisions [Scaled, Intermediate, RX]
4- Workout Events (1- having a 2-part scoring format) Plus a Finale for the RX Division.
$500 Registration
$100 Off for Early Bird Registration plus a chance to nominate a Fundraiser/Cause recipient that we will be dontaing a portion of all registering teams.

"INFINITY WAR"
4-Athletes Working at the same time.
Intermediate/Scaled- 3-Athletes with 1-resting and able to sub in after 10 reps of a set of any 1-movement is completed.
For Time: (20:00 min cap)
100 Synchronized Box Jump-overs
80 Synchronized Single DB Hang Cleans
60 Single DB Devils Press
- Tiebreaker- After 60 Devils Press is completed. This will also be our main tiebreaker of entire day.
Single DB:
Scaled- 20/35
Intermediate- 35/50
RX- 50/70
Box:
Scaled- 20"/24" Step-sups Allowed (threesome must perform same version together)
Intermediate/RX- 20"/24" Jump Only
Partition reps however "EXCEPT" sets must be completed in 10's, 20's, 30's and so on...
EX:
10 BJO then 20 Hang Cleans then 10 Devils Press
*3-Person rotation can only sub after a set of 10 reps is completed of any movement.
*Ex: After 20 Hang Cleans a sub can be made. Then after the 10 Devils Press a sub can occur again.

1-Clean + 2-Hang Cleans + 2-Front Squats + 1-Shoulder to Overhead
**Barbells will be preloaded with cluster weight per division.

On the 18:00... Event 3 will begin!
Cleans:
Initial clean is off the floor. 2nd and 3rd clean is from the Hang position (any hang is allowed but if weights touch the floor it will be a NO REP) Clean variations can be power or squat.
ALL CLEANS AND FRONT SQUATS MUST MEET STANDARDS;
-Elbows beyond barbell when in front rack.
-Must stand to full extensions for each rep to count.
-Squats need to break parallel and reach full extension at the top of movement.
-Shoulder to overhead can be any variation.
- Split jerk needs to be completed when feet return together and show full control at the top of the movement with arms locked out while overhead.
- Push Jerk needs to reach full extension and show full control at the top of the movement with arms locked out while overhead. This applies to push press and strict press.

Pairs must complete every round. Athletes will work into the first round of 3's for MF1 then "TAG" MF2 and they to will perform the round of 3's before tagging MF1 back in to begin round of 6's. This rotation while ascending rounds and reps will be for 4:00 mins following E2.

*Ring Rows- Tape line directly under rings where athletes feet do past to meet requirements to fulfill movement. Thumb to chest is the standard on the top pull of ring rows.

Synchronized Burpee to Plate*
**D-ball Hold before and during Bike/Rower calories accumulate. (3rd person)
Scaled- 10# | Int- 25# | RX- 55#
*Burpee to plate may be a step or hop to get on. Once 2 feet are on, rep is counted. Full extension while on plate is not needed.
Any gender combo. 2 Athletes working same time. Switch out athletes whenever need be. Once 18 burpees to plate is finished, round of 42 begins if time permits.
