MATCH DETAILS
In the new 2023 format, seasons are done as individual matches and athletes will accumulate a point total / score / ranking throughout the season before registering for full day playoff events.
All matches include a minimum of 3 events, and up to 5 different scores.
Matches always include at least one strength event, the other 2 events may follow any format. For full breakdown of possible event formats see: www.league.fit/faq
Teams will be required to provide a judge for events they are not competing in (it will be included in the schedule). Teams have the option of bringing an additional spectator (they must have FF/CF experience) to stand-in for their team as judge - otherwise the athletes will assist in judging heats between theirs.
Note: individual matches do NOT include a shirt (but shirts can be purchased at the match for $25).

1x Squat clean into 3x thrusters
Div II:
1x Power clean into 3x squat to overhead
FLOW
- Teams will only have 2-4 minutes prep time on the floor prior to their 12 minute start
- Judges collect athletes & team name on scoresheets
- 1 Athlete will lift at a time
- The weight on the bar must always go UP, you cannot take weight off the bar once it has been attempted
- Athletes may take as many attempts as they like - only their heaviest successful attempt will count
- Barbells must ALWAYS have clips on to count
- Athletes must ALWAYS declare their weight prior to lifting
- The final lift must START before the buzzer
STANDARDS / DEFINITIONS
clean, hang squat (rx): Rep begins standing at extension
athlete must pass through the squat in fluid motion
rep ends when standing at extension with elbows beyond the bar
Thruster: one fluid motion from bottom of the front squat to barbell in extension overhead
clean, hang (anyhow): Athlete moves object in one fluid motion from above knees to shoulder.
Squat to overhead: Athlete must pass through the squat position and then get the bar overhead any way.
SCALING / SCORING
If all athletes complete Rx: score as Rx
If 1 athlete completes scaled: score as Intermediate (i)
If more than 1 athlete completes Scaled: score as Scaled (s)

For time, 12 minute cap.
Buy-in:
50/40 Calorie Ski
Into 2 rounds of:
5 Unbroken sets of toe to bar
- DI: sets of 8 rx or 12 TTR
- DII: sets of 8 Toe to Ring/Bar or 12 feet above hip
5 Unbroken sets of 10 hang power snatch
- DI: sets of 10 @ 95/65lbs
- DII: sets of 10 @ 75/55lbs
