About This Competition

BRO'S AND DOE'S, a co-ed partner competition for Rx, Scaled and Masters athletes!

Divisions: Rx, Scaled, Masters 35-39, Masters 40-44 and Masters 45+

*If a masters division only has 1 team registered that team will be moved to the next age bracket down but will compete with the WOD details are their age bracket. 

**Teams may compete with mixed age brackets but must register in the bracket of the youngest athlete. (i.e. - A 25 years old male and a 40 year old female must register as RX or scaled. A 40 year old male and a 49 year old female must register as Masters 40-44. Masters may compete in RX or younger age brackets if they wish.)



Event 1: "Skurpees"

AMRAP 9 (Ping Pong Rounds)

9 Calorie Ski Erg

6 Bar Facing Burpees

3 Power snatch 

RX & Masters 35-39: 135/95

Masters 40-44: 115/75 

Scaled & Masters 45-49: 95/65



Event 2: "Tri-Sprint"

400m Run 

500m Row 

1000m Bike 

*Both athletes run the 400m at the same time. One athlete then starts a 500m Row while the other starts a 1000m Bike. Athletes switch the row and bike which completes the workout. 



Event 3: 12 minute cap

50 Deadlifts 255/185

50 Pull Ups

40 Front Squats 185/135

40 Toes to Bar

30 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95

30 Bar Muscle Ups

*Athletes share work as desired. 

Masters 40-44: 

225/155, 155/105, 115/75

Pull ups

Toes to Bar

Chest to Bar Pull Ups 

Scaled & Masters 45-49: 

185/135, 135/95, 95/65

Jumping Pull Ups

Knees to Chest

Chin over bar pull ups



Event 4: Floater

Obstacle Course will include:

Monkey Bars

Sled Push

Yoke Carry

Tire Banger 

D-Ball over the shoulder
