About This Competition
Only Kids ! Fun Contest 2024 est une compétition de Fitness Fonctionnel réservée aux enfants de 5 à 14 ans, organisée sur le week-end du 2 et 3 mars 2024 simultanément :
- En Live à CrossFit Epinal (88) inscriptions sur scoring.fit - dimanche 3/03
- En Live à Handstand CrossFit (35) inscriptions sur wewod.fr – dimanche 3/03
- En Online inscriptions sur scoring.fit – du samedi 2 mars 8h au dimanche 3 mars 21h

5 catégories d’âge et une catégorie ADAPTIVE, avec à chaque fois un classement fille et un classement garçon pour cette édition ONLINE :
- 5/6 ans
- 7/8 ans
- 9/10 ans
- 11/12 ans
- 13/14 ans
- Adaptive tout âges et sexes confondus
WODS et Standards
Les WODs sont programmés par Unicorn Kids programming en partenariat avec No Pain No Tartine. Les mouvements et charges seront adaptés suivant le sexe et la catégorie d’âge des enfants. Pas de pré-requis, les WODS seront accessibles à tous les Kids ayant un minimum de quelques mois de pratique. Pour cette édition ONLINE, les Kids devront réaliser 3 WODS et poster leurs scores durant le week-end du 2 et 3 mars 2024. Les WODS seront annoncés le vendredi 1er mars à 20H.
