About This Competition
Munich FitFest is 2 seperate weekends of competitions (Oct 7 - solo, Oct 21 - 2 person teams)

Female - Female Newcomer
3 workouts will be released via instagram in the weeks leading up to the event. The rest of the workouts will be released on site.
The competition will have 5 workouts, and this will settle the overall placement. Afterwards there will be a finale workout Where the top x (varies depending on participation) will have their points reset to 0 and compete in an elimination style workout for the top prize and trophy.
FAQ's:
Where do I park?: Parking is available in the main front parking lot.
When shoud athletes arrive?: Teams should arrive between 7:30-8:00 a.m. for athlete check-in. Athlete meeting is at 8:00. First heat starts at 8:45.
What should I bring?: You can set up tents and seating outside the gym. There will be plenty of room inside for spectators to stand and watch. We will have water, recovery drinks, pre-workout drinks and protein bars for purchase inside. Furry friends are welcome, but must stay outside the gym and on a leash.
What is the cutoff for registration to guarantee event goodies: All athletes will receive event goodies, however those that register earlier may receive more personalized ones (ie names on a shirt etc...)
What if a partner bails?: We only will offer refunds for extenuating circumstances but no worries, just find yourself another partner! The Team Captain (the one who registered all the teammates) will have to go into Competition Corner and change the personal information of the outgoing team member to the new team member. If the Team Captain has to bail, then they must assign a new Team Captain in Competition Corner.
Will there be food?: Yes! There will be food for purchase as well many local business nearby for easy access.

In a 13min Window Complete the Following all with a Wall Ball

With Time Remaining Establish a 3rm Front Squat, with the Barbell coming from the floor.

Total time is estimated to be 20ish minutes
Total distance is estimated to be 3.5km
Enter the Pain Cave (Finale) (This is only for RX athletes, newcomers will be doing a different workout!)
Will only consist of the top 5 athletes (may make adjustments based on number of participants, athletes will be notified about this during the initial athlete briefing), scores from the competition will be reset to account for this.
The athlete currently in 1st overall place, will select the first movement.
The athlete currently in 2nd overall place, will select the 2nd movement.
The third movement will always be for "Max Repetitions"
This workout will be done in interval style.
Intervals will be
60s, 90s, 120s, 150s
There will be approximately 60s rest between Intervals, The athlete who finishes last in each interval will be eliminated. In the event 2 athletes tie for last place.... All athletes will repeat that interval, until 1 person has last reps then the other athletes.
The format will look as such
(the order is unknown, with the 3rd movement being x reps)

10 cal bike
12 deadlifts
5m Handstand Walk
In 90s
12 cal bike
15 deadlifts
7.5m Handstand Walk
In 120s
14 cal bike
18 deadlifts
10m Handstand Walk
In 150s
16 cal bike
21 deadlifts
12.5m Handstand Walk
Intervals, after each interval, 1 athlete will be eliminated
The movement order will be decided by 1st and 2nd place
Movements will be

Whichever is the last movement will be for Maximum Repetitions
In the event of a Tie, all athletes will move to the next interval.
AMRAP 11
1-2-3-4-5-6 etc... increasing every round
Burpee Shuttle Run
8m Front Rack Carry (50/35kg for newcomers) (70/50kg for RX)
Score is total Rounds
Tie Break, will be when the AMRAP ends, you will then finish the current round you have started, and that time will be the tie break time.

Min 1) Max Burpee Broad Jumps
Min 2) Max Chest to Bar (Ring Rows for Newcomers)
Min 3) Max Burpee Broad Jumps
