For Time - 10min cap

400m Run (must start the run together)

20 - HR Press Ups 

40 - Lunges 

*all with weighted vest


HR Press up - Hands must touch the head for the hand release

Elbow must be locked out at the top

Lunges - Knee must touch the floor

Stand up straight at the top - shoulder must be above hips and ankles

WOD 1 


Scaled

For Time - 10min cap 


1 Round is

400m Run (must start the run together)

3 Rounds 

15 - HR Press Ups 

30 - Lunges 

*all with weighted vest


HR Press up - Hands must touch the head for the hand release

Elbow must be locked out at the top

Lunges - Knee must touch the floor

Stand up straight at the top - shoulder must be above hips and ankles

WOD 2 

Part A

In a 6min window complete

8 Rounds 

5 - Power Cleans 

5 - Burpees over Bar 

*remaining time max cal bike 

Score total reps of whole WOD

RX - YGIG complete full round each - 35/50kg

Scaled - break reps up between partner - 25/40kg

Power Clean - weight starts on the floor

finish with weight on the shoulder with knees locked out and elbows in front of the bar

Burpee - chest must touch the floor

RX must be a two footed jump

Scaled can be a step or a jump over

Part B

9mins 

Build to heavy complex 

Clean

Front Squat

Jerk 

Clean - can be a power or squat clean

If you do a squat clean you still need to do a front squat after. 

Front Squat - Hips must break parrell

stand up at the top

Jerk - Can do split, push jerk or push press

Must finish with foot feet underneath you. 

*Score combined weight of partners heaviest lift

40 - Double Dumbbell GTOH - 15/22.5kg 

40 - Calorie Rower

20 - Worm Squats

Finished with both weights overhead with feet underneath you

Worm squats - both athletes break parrell

Full extension at the top
