En team de 2, venez-vous dépasser et vous amuser sur une compétition 100% girly !
chaque équipière peut faire :
>2 push-ups
>30 single unders unbroken
>800m run
>Clean avec barre à 30kg
>Snatch avec barre à 20kg
>Ne souffre pas d'une pathologie l’empéchant de réaliser certains mouvements du CrossFit
>L’équipe pourra choisir le format Rx ou Scaled sur chaque WOD le jour de la compétition.
>Pas de gym ou charges de niveau “élite”
>Niveau identique conseillé mais pas obligatoire
Équipement obligatoire :
- tenues de rechange
- de quoi se protéger du soleil
- des collations/boissons
