Workouts
Part A ➡️ Minutes 0 - 6
Complete in your team ⬇️
(Mixed Badgers) 30 cal Assault Bike / 30 cal Ski Erg
*Same mixed pairs must stay on the same ergs throughout any erg phase in the entire workout.
Into ⬇️
(All Badgers) 15 burpee to plate into 15 Plate G2OH (20 plate / 10 plate)
Into ⬇️
MAX calories on both Ski Erg and Assault Bike for remaining time!
Minutes 6-7 = REST
Part B ➡️ Minutes 7 - 12
Exactly same format as Part A
Score = Calories on ergs in both Parts A + B

3 Badgers do 1 x 500m run
1 Badger does 1 x 800m row
Into As Many REPS as Possible (AMRAP) in the remaining time of the below:
You will start at 10 reps of each of the following 3 exercises. You will then increase each exercise by 5 reps as you enter a new round.
- BW Reverse Lunges (Synchro)
- SA DB Push Press (Synchro)
- Row Calories / Wall Balls (Both exercises will run in conjunction) (Get the work done however)
The ladder will go as follow:
10-10-10/10
15-15-15/15
20-20-20/20
etc…..
Score = Amount of reps completed in 12 minutes.

16 - Single KB Squats
20 - Single KB Swings
*There will be a set of 8kg, 12kg, 16kg and 20kg KB's. Each person picks their weight and it cannot be changed in the workout.
