About This Competition

Norway invites The CROSSFIT®  community to a unique competition in the middle of the Norwegian winter paradise Gol. A CROSSFIT® competition with a touch of winter.

Norwegian CROSSFIT® Championship consists of an online qualifier which leads to a grand finale at Storefjell Resort in Norway.

Online Qualifier:

The OQ starts 10 october

Step 1, Sign up for NCC OQ (Link). 

Step 2, Wait for the Crossfit Open announcement 20.1.

Step 3, Do the Crossfit Open workout in the same time window as Open.

Step 4, Submit your Score on NCC OQ Leaderbord (Link).

Step 5, Wait for the next workout to be released by CrossFit.

Step 6, Repeat this process during the whole Open period.

Individual:

1-30 will recive an invite to Elite RX Elite

Team 2+2

1-30 will recive an invite to Elite RX NCC

TEAMS WILL DO THE OQ INDIVIDUALL AND YOUR COMBINED SCORE IS THE TEAM SCORE.

Individual Masters 35-39:

1-20 will receive an invite to RX NCC

Individual Masters 40+:

1-20 will receive an invite to RX NCC

Individual Male/Female The Community Division (These athletes will follow Open or Open Scaled on the OQ)

Open 1-20 Will receive an invite to The Community Division NCC.

Scaled 1-20 Will receive an invite to The Community Division NCC.

In The Community OQ you can choose between Open and Open Scaled. You will find different choices when you get your ticket to OQ.

When you get to the finale, all who run The Community division will run the same events. The level will be just below Open and just above Open Scaled.

The Winners of the Individual Elite and Team Elite will win an invitation to THE CROSSFIT® GAMES 2020 in Madison, Wisconsin.
