Workouts

In a 12-minute window, complete max calories on a rower. 

 

Buy-in to use the rower is:

4 bar muscle-ups

12m handstand walk

40 double unders

 

*Once athlete 1 reaches the rower, someone must be rowing at all times until the time cap

*Buy-in MUST be completed before athletes can swap on the rower 

In a 12-minute window, complete max calories on a rower. 

 

Buy in to use the rower is:

6 pull-ups

8 push press 

10 thrusters

 

Barbell weight: 25kg

*Once athlete 1 reaches the rower, someone must be rowing at all times until the time cap

*Buy-in MUST be completed before athletes can swap on the rower 

In a 12-minute window, complete max calories on a rower.

In a 2 minute window, complete: 

3 rope climbs

Max alternating DB snatch in the remaining time (15kg)

In a 2 minute window, complete: 

20 wall balls (3kg)

Max DB single arm alternating devils press in the remaining time (10kg)

 

 

3 x 2 minute rounds each 

1 athlete working, 1 athlete resting 

 

In a 2 minute window, complete: 

4 rope climbs

Max alternating DB snatch in the remaining time (22.5kg)
