Deadlift (185/125#)

The event starts with the athlete standing tall behind their deadlift barbell. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” the athlete will complete 10 deadlifts, then move to their bench and complete 10 bench presses, then move to their squat clean barbell and complete 10 squat cleans. The athlete will follow this movement order while completing 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 rep of every movement. The time stops for the athlete at the top of their final squat clean.

The athlete's score is the total time it takes to complete the event, or the total number of reps completed within the time cap.

8 Over-The-Bar Burpees

150 Calorie Row

*Weight must be changed before the next partner can begin the couplet.

The event starts with the women standing behind the barbell and the men seated on the rower. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” the men will begin accumulating as many calories as they can. The women will begin working through 5 rounds of 8 thrusters and 8 over-the-bar burpees. When the women complete their 5th round, the partners will switch places. The weight on the barbell must be changed before the men can begin their first round. Event 1 is completed when the men have finished their 5th round of the couplet. Event 2 is completed when the women have achieved the 150th calorie on the rower. Two separately scored events.

Event 2 Score = Time to complete 150 calories.

The event starts with the athletes sitting on top of their box. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” athletes will head to their bike and complete 20/15 calories, then head to their dumbbell and complete 20 1-Arm DB Thrusters, then head to their box and complete 20 box jump overs. Rounds 2 and 3 will be completed in the same fashion. Time stops when the athlete touches the ground on their 20th box jump over in round 3.

The athlete's score is the total time it takes to complete the event, or the total number of reps completed within the time cap.

4 minutes to Build to a Heavy:

1 Clean

1 Jerk

1 Front Squat

1 Jerk

*Any variation of clean and any variation of jerk.

- Rest 1 minute, then into Event 4 -

The event starts with the women standing behind the barbell. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” they will have 4-minutes to take as many attempts at the complex as needed to establish the heaviest possible weight.At the 4-minute mark the women will stop lifting and the men will begin their time building to a heavy complex. At the 8-minute mark all lifting will be concluded. Athletes will leave their barbells loaded and begin their 1-minute rest period. At the 9-minute mark athletes will begin Team Event 4.

*Both team members can help load the bar, collars must be secured prior to lifting. 

*A complex started before time expires may be completed. Plates must leave the ground before time expires.

Score is the combined total of each athlete's heaviest successful complex.

Amrap 3 Minutes:

Max Calorie Run

-Rest 1 minute, then into Event 4-

The event starts with the athlete standing behind their runner. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” athletes will begin accumulating as many calories as they can in the 3-minutes. At the call of “3,2,1 Time!” athletes will stop running and begin a 1-minute rest period. 

The athlete’s score is the total number of calories accumulated when the clock hits 3:00.

For Time:

15 Burpee Bar Pull Ups

*3 minute cap

At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” athletes will begin their burpee pull ups. Their time stops when they have completed their 15th burpee pull up. 

The athlete's score is the total time it takes to complete the event, or the total number of reps completed within the time cap.

For Time:

1 mile Run

*Alternate every 0.10mi

*7 minute time cap

The event starts with one athlete standing behind the Assault Runner. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” athletes will begin running. Each athlete will run 0.10mi and then rotate with their partner. Teams will alternate in this fashion until 1 mile has been completed.

Score is the time to complete 1 mile total distance, or total distance accumulated within the time cap.

40 Synchro DB Snatches (35/25#)

80 Toes-to-Hips

30 Synchro Slushies (35/25#)

60 Ring Rows

20 Synchro 1-Arm Devils Press (35/25#)

40 Pull Ups

*Partition gymnastics movements any way you’d like.

The event starts with both athletes standing tall behind their dumbbells. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” both athletes will begin their 40 synchro DB snatches, then they will move to their pull up bar and begin completing 80 toes-to-hips. Teams will move back to their dumbbells and complete 30 synchro slushies, then move to their low rings to complete 60 ring rows. Teams will move back to their dumbbells for 20 synchro 1-arm alternating devil’s press, and back to their pull-up bar to finish 40 pull ups. The workout is completed when the 40 pull ups are completed. 

Score for this event is the time it takes to complete all the repetitions or the total number of repetitions completed within the time cap. 

  • 270 total reps.

40 Slushy (35/25#)

25 Toes to Hips

25 WB Shot (20/14# to 9’)

40 1-Arm DB Push Press(35/25#)

The event starts with athletes standing tall behind their dumbbell. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” athletes will move forward to their dumbbell and complete 40 slushies, then they will move to their pull up bar and complete 25 toes to hips. The athlete will then move to the wall ball shot target and complete 25 wall ball shots, then move back to their dumbbell and complete 40 1-Arm DB Push Presses (partition reps per arm however). The athlete will then move back and complete 25 wall ball shots, 25 toes to hips, and finish by completing 40 more slushies. Their time stops when they have the dumbbell overhead and are standing tall on their 40th slushy. 

The athlete's score is the total time it takes to complete the event, or the total number of reps completed within the time cap.

The event starts with athletes standing tall behind their dumbbell. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” athletes will move forward to their dumbbell and complete 40 slushies, then they will move to their pull up bar and complete 25 toes-to-bar. The athlete will then move to the wall ball shot target and complete 25 wall ball shots, then move back to their dumbbell and complete 40 1-Arm DB Push Presses. The athlete will then move back and complete 25 wall ball shots, 25 toes-to-bar, and finish by completing 40 more slushies. Their time stops when they have the dumbbell overhead and are standing tall on their 40th slushie. 

The athlete's score is the total time it takes to complete the event, or the total number of reps completed within the time cap. 

20/15 Calorie Assault Bike

This event starts with the athlete standing underneath their pull up bar. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” the athlete will complete the number of calories on the Assault Bike then they will move forward into the next Halo. They will complete 1 snatch at bar 1, then move forward to complete 1 rep at bar 2, then bar 3, then bar 4. Time stops once they cross the finish line.


Their score is the time to complete all the repetitions, or the number of repetitions completed before the time cap.

15/10 Calorie Assault Bike

This event starts with the athlete standing behind the Assault bike. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” the athlete will complete the number of calories on the Assault Bike then they will move forward into the next Halo. They will complete 1 snatch at bar 1, then move forward to complete 1 rep at bar 2, then bar 3, then bar 4. Time stops once they cross the finish line. Athletes must drop bars in front of themselves and step over the barbell to get to the next one.


Their score is the time to complete all the repetitions, or the number of repetitions completed before the time cap.

60’ Double KB Front Rack Lunge (53/35#)

*Any order for the front rack lunges and the wheel-barrow race is acceptable.

The event starts with both athletes standing tall behind their kettlebells. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” both athletes will front rack their kb’s and lunge 60’ through the Halo’s, they will then head back to the starting Halo and the women will complete 20 wall ball shots while the men complete 15 calories on the bike. They will then advance Halo’s and switch positions, the men will complete 20 wall ball shots and the women will complete 10 calories on the bike. They will advance forward another Halo, switching places again, and the women will complete 20 box jump overs while the men complete 10 calories on the bike. The team will advance forward to the last Halo, trade places, and the men will complete 20 box jump overs while the women complete 7 calories on the bike. They will head all the way back to the first Halo and together complete a 60’ wheel-barrow race through all 4 Halo’s.They will head all the way back to the first Halo again, switch places and complete another 60’ wheel-barrow race through all 4 Halo’s.

Time is stopped when both partners have completed all 60’ of handstand walking.

Score is total time it takes to complete all the work, or total reps completed within the time cap.
