COVID Clash
About This Competition
Join us for CrossFit Derive's first at-home, online competition-- the Covid Clash! ALL YOU NEED IS A JUMP ROPE!
Starting April 4, one workout will be released each Saturday at 9:30 AM for 3 weeks.
Workout 1: Released 4/4 at 9:30AM CT
Workout 2: To be Released 4/11 at 9:30AM CT
Workout 3: To be Released on 4/18 at 9:30AM CT
You will have until 11:59 PM on Sunday to submit the video of your workout! There will be prizes for the winner of each of the four divisions: RX Male, RX Female, Scaled Male, and Scaled Female. All you need is a jump rope!
Division Standards:
- RX: Pistols, Double Unders, Push-ups
- Scaled: Lunges, Single Unders, Knee Push-ups
We know you have no where to go, so there's no excuse to not sign up!

NOTE: This is an in-house competition, thus only current athletes of CrossFit Derive are eligible for prizes. However, any and all are welcome to compete!
