Format: Individuals

Divisions: divisions are capped at 25 individuals

Division Standards:

*standards are based on multiple reps not on a 1RM

Registration Fee:

Fee: $15.00 + HST = $16.95

*refunds will not be processed for any reason

Number of WODs: 4 WODS

WOD Release & Submission schedule is as follows:


• SS WOD 1: August 4th, 2016 at 8:00 AM – August 8th, 2016 11:59 PM
• SS WOD 2: August 11th, 2016 at 8:00 AM – August 15th, 2016 11:59 PM
• SS WOD 3: August 18th, 2016 at 8:00 AM – August 22nd, 2016 11:59 PM
• SS WOD 4: August 25th, 2016 at 8:00 AM – August 29th, 2016 11:59 PM

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:


It is your responsibility to submit your video and input your score as soon as possible in order to be able to redo the workout if your score is not accepted as is. 


For affiliated athletes, an L1 certified individual is required to validate your score in order to see your position on the leaderboard. If your score is in the top 10, we will then evaluate your video submission randomly across the workouts. 


For unaffiliated athletes, your video will be evaluated if your score is potentially in the top 10 of the leaderboard.


To better assist your judge and track your reps, scorecards are available for download on the competition corner event page WOD Section. Please use them, as a video link along with a signed copy of your scorecard is required.


Video Link Submission: Either Youtube or Vimeo or Google Drive link


In order to validate your scores and ensure your video submission is valid please specify: your name, the equipment, the weights used during the workout, and the score at the end of your video. Please include your time or repetitions. 

It is your responsibility to position the camera so that we can evaluate all the movement standards correctly. 

You must submit a video link along with copy of your scorecard to weliftathletics@gmail.com


Prizes & Swag Packs:

Prizes & Swag packs will be mailed out to individual winners following the series.

Video submissions will be required for the top ten finishers in each divisions in order to qualify for prizing.

Additionally, there will be prizing for social media (FB & IG) presence, so make sure to #weliftathletics & @WELiftAthletics on everything.
