13 DB DEAD LIFTS

13 DB HANG CLEAN & JERKS

Non working partner must be on the bike while the other is working. DB's cannot be picked up until the bike starts moving! Tie breaker will be the total number of calories on the bike so MOVE YOUR ASS! as if Jason was coming to get you.


Standards:

Dead Lifts- only 1 head of the DB must hit the ground with each rep and fully stand up at end of each rep

Hang Clean & Jerks- (from the hang/hip not the ground) Arms must remain locked out at the end of the jerk over head.

Front Squats- hands must remain on the DB's at all times and cannot rest on your chest during reps

*******IF THE BIKE OR THE DB MOVEMENTS STOP FOR EITHER ATHLETE BOTH ATHLETES MUST STOP MOVING UNTIL THE BIKE BEGINS TO MOVE AGAIN ******

Only one athlete working at a time (split however you like but each athlete must perform both movements)

once the total number of thrusters & burpees are completed remaining time will be used to complete as many wall balls as you can 

Standards-

Thrusters: Barbell from the floor 

Athletes can not step up from the burpees (full hip extension & arms above your shoulders required after each rep)

Wall Ball- Only one athlete going at time, ball must hit either the wall/target ​with each rep

*** You can not switch with the ball in the air, ball must be at the ground when athletes switch*******


10 MINUTE AMRAP

PARTNER A. MAX CALORIE ROW

PARTNER B. BOX JUMP OVERS @ 20,30,40,50....


Both partners working at the same time, box jumps go up by 10 each round.

Elite 24/20

Intermediate 20 (step overs)

Tie breaker will be the amount of calories on the rower.

Standards- Both feet must land on the box for Box Jump Overs (Elite).

Intermediate- Step Overs
