2026 Pit Throwdown
About This Competition
For the seventh year in 2026, the Pit Fitness Ranch will host this annual INDIVIDUAL fitness competition EXCLUSIVE to athletes ages 14-23. This summer favorite offers a highly competitive, exhilarant, and challenging showcase for young athletes to test their skill, strength and stamina against their peers.
Hundreds of youngsters have come through The Pit via the Pit Throwdown, which aims to inspire the pursuit of lifelong fitness in would-be leaders.
For the 2026 season, we are hosting our Pit Teen and Collegiate Individual competitions at the Pit Fitness Ranch on June 25-26.

We have divisons for both young men and women, broken up by ages. The division breakbown:
120 Total Athlete Spots
20 Athlete spots - Women 14-15
20 Athlete spots - Men 14-15
20 Athlete spots - Women 16-17
20 Athlete spots - Men 16-17
20 Athlete spots - Women 18-23
20 Athlete spots - Men 18-23
Registration for 2026 will be $339 per athlete - Invitations to this event will be sent out following the finalization of the Pit Throwdown Online Qualifier. Open Registration will be avaliable starting on May 1, 2026.
Athletes may register for their appropriate age division, detemined by the the athletes age on June 1, 2026.
