Hvad skal man kunne for at deltage:

 

For at deltage i event 1-6 (før cut-off)

 

Én mandlig makker skal kunne lave legless rope climbs – den anden skal kunne almindelige rope climbs.

Én kvindelig makker skal kunne lave almindelige rope climbs.

Én fra holdet skal kunne lave Double Unders 

Snatch 60 kg for mænd

Snatch 40 kg for kvinder

Overhead squat 75 kg for mænd (minimum 1 person)

Overhead squat 55 kg for kvinder (minimum 1 person)

 

HVIS de kommer, så vil disse øvelser først komme i finalen

Ring Muscle Ups

Handstand Walk

Pistols

Strict HSPU 

DER VIL VÆRE ET OFFSITE EVENT 

 

PRÆMIEPENGE bliver ca 10000-5000-3000 kr til podiet (bestræber vi os på, men afventer mht sponsorer)
