About This Competition

Fourth year running at CrossFit Woolgoolga on the beautiful Mid-North Coast.

2 Day Mix-Pair competiton. RX & Scaled division

$$$$ prices for RX podium finishers and lots of goodies for podium finishers in our scaled division

5 Wods + Floater + Finals for Top 6 teams in each division. This year we are planning on having only 1 WOD (A big one) outside, and the rest of the comp to take place at the gym.

No refunds, but teams are allowed to sell/give their spot to somebody else if they cant make it.

We are looking forward to another awesome weekend here at CrossFit Woolgoolga. See you soon.

45sec to lift, 15sec to rotate. One person lift at the time. Both athlete doesent need to complete the lift to advance. Tiebreak will be womans heavies lift. Lift needs to be complete by the 45sec mark. Clean anyhow.

Masters do same weight as Scaled.
