The Elite individual event takes place on Saturday 23rd so register now to test yourself against the best in Ireland! At the end of the day we we will be crowning Irelands Fittest Male and Female!

Workouts
Athletes must complete one round of the below every 4 minutes for three rounds in total.
Points will be scored for each round and the top placed three athletes will make it through to a 4th round for a final sprint race to determine the winner of the workout.

PART A: - Athletes must complete 3 Rounds of:
- M: 500m Row / F: 400m Row
- 200m Weighted Vest Run (M: 20kg, F: 10kg)
12-20 Mins
PART B: Athletes must complete a:
- M: 2,000m Row / F: 1,500m Row
PART A – 0-4 min
Athletes must complete the following:
- 40 (male) / 30 (female) x Toes to Bar
- 20 x Dual DB Snatch @ M:22kg / F:15kg
- Max calories on Assault Bike for remaining time
1 MIN REST
PART B – 5-9 min
Athletes must complete the following:
- 40 x Wall Ball @ M:9kg / F:6kg
- 20 x Burpee Over Box 24/20”
- Max calories on Assault Bike for remaining time
1 MIN REST
PART B – 10-14 min
Athletes must complete the following:
- 30 x Dual KB Hang Clean and Press @ M:24kg / F:16kg
- Max calories on Assault Bike for remaining time
SCORE = TOTAL CALORIES BURNT ON ASSAULT BIKE
Each athlete must achieve the following lifts:
- 5RM Shoulder to Overhead *
- 3RM Hang Cleans
- 1RM Deadlift
