Es ist wieder so weit!
Weil es letztes Jahr so schön war gehen in die dritte Runde!
Herzliche Einladung zu den
Herner Invitationals!!
When: Samstag, 21.10.2023
Timeframe: 7:30 bis ca.17:30
Teams: Mixed Model (male/female)
Starter: 20 Teams RX, 20 Teams Scaled
Skills/ Requirements
RX:
alle skills (BMU, RMU, HSPU, rope climbs etc.) + Standard Open Gewichte
Scaled:
keine high skills und leichtere Gewichte
Jede Box hat die Möglichkeit ein zweier Team RX und ein zweier Team Scaled zu benennen. Nicht vergebene Plätze werden am Ende per „first come, first serve“ vergeben.
Workouts:
Drei Workouts pro Team.
Final Workout für die Top 5 beider Divisionen.
Startgebühr:
70 Euro pro Team (35 Euro pro Person) incl. T-Shirt.
