Welcome to the Tenth Annual Barbell Massacre - North Georgia's Premier Partner Competition hosted by CrossFit Dahlonega!
CrossFit Dahlonega is overjoyed and stoked to have YOU show up and show out to prove that you are, in fact, the fittest partner pair in North Georgia.
There will be a cash and prizes for podium finishers!

Workouts

Athletes will complete full rounds before switching with their partner - in a "you go, I go" format.
Partner A: 400M RUN
Partner B: Max BOX STEP-OVERS
Immeditaely into:
Partner B: 400M RUN
Partner A: Max BOX STEP-OVERS
Athletes will both be working at the same time - one will run while the other completes as many box step-overs as possible. When the first runner is back, the athlete on the box will start the run while the other athlete begins on the box.
There will be two scores for this workout:
SCORE 1: Total 400M run time between both partners.
SCORE 2: Total box step-overs between both partners.

Athletes will complete all three rounds as fast as possible, resting 2:00 after the completion of each round. There will be a 10 minute total time cap.

Athletes will complete 4 full rounds of 3:00 work 1:00 rest - switch movements as desired with your partner. The CrossFit Open wall walk standards will be used for both divisions - and both teammates will have a place on the wall to eliminate transition time. Score will be total number of wall walks completed after the 4 rounds.
