Workouts
FOR CALS (TC 10 min)

Athletes switch every 2:30 min
Athlete not working on rower must hold slamball.
This workout rewards 50 points maximum.
FOR CALS (TC 10 min)

Athlete A will row for 30 seconds and on the signal switch with Athlete B who will also row for 30 seconds.
Athletes continues this pattern for the full 10 minutes, resulting in each athlete doing 10 sets of 30 seconds work.
Resting athlete will only rest.
This workout rewards 50 points maximum.
FOR TIME (TC 10 min)
- 10 bar muscle-ups
- 20 sync DB-facing burpees
- 30 toes-to-bar
- 40 alt DB snatch
- 50 boxjump over
- 40 alt DB snatch
