Workouts

Max distance: Team rope sled drag (25’)
(Weight TBD)
3 athletes will drag sled with a rope for 25’; other 3 athletes will drag it back 25’.
Team will complete as many rounds as possible for 3 minutes to collect a total distance for score.
(8 minute cap)

Synchronized Power Cleans (RX: 155/105lb Scaled: 115/75lb)
Synchronized S2OH
(M/F-1: Complete sets of 6,
M/F-2: Complete sets of 9,
M/F-3: Complete sets of 12)
S2OH = Shoulder to overhead (push press, push jerk, or split jerk)
M/F 1 starts round/ set of 6, M/F 2 starts round/ set of 9, then M/F 3 starts round/ set of 12. Each M/F pair will complete 2 rounds of their designated set number.

Synchronized deadlifts (RX: 225/155lb Scaled: 165/115lb)
Any M/F pair; switch as much as needed)

5RM front squat
(From the floor)
May squat clean for first front squat repetition. Athlete must complete all 5 reps before next person can attempt lift.

Scaled: M/F 1: 40/25lb, M/F 2: 35/20lb, M/F 3: 25/15lb
All 3 females will start synchronized dbell snatches round 1. All 3 males will start synchronized dbell snatches round 2.
Each group of 3 will complete 2 rounds of snatches.
Every round (all 4 rounds) the team will complete synchronized burpees together.
