Get you and partner ready for our next functional fitness competition!


There will be 4 workouts guaranteed for everyone, and teams will battle it out to make the podium and win some amazing prizes. 


Each team will also receive a team name board and an athlete pack from Forte Fitness and other amazing sponsors!


Movement standards - for all:


WALLBALLS 9/6KG

BOX JUMPS M 24" / F 20"

SANDBAG LUNGES M 20KG- F 15KG

KB MOVEMENTS M 1X24 F 1X16

BARBELL CYCLING M50KG F35KG

SLED - M 120KG / F 80KG


For this event there will be no gymnastic movements


Come and enjoy a great day of fitness, photographers on site, awesome vendors. Free parking and free for all spectators to enjoy.

Max cleans @35kg reps shared between athletes.

Following Oxygen workout

9-10 min REST


10-15 mins:

Both athletes find a Max Clean.


One barbell per team, both athletes can have as many attempts as they wish. It can be a power or squat clean.

Working YGIG throughout completing 1 length each. Alternating between the sled and the lunges.

1 Sled push(80kg) length =10 metres complete 1 each.

1 Sandbag lunge(20kg) length= 10 metres 1 each.

Score= Max reps

One length = 1 rep.

YGIG

Working YGIG throughout completing 1 length each. Alternating between the sled and the lunges.

1 Sled push(120kg) length =10 metres complete 1 each.

1 Sandbag lunge(30kg) length= 10 metres 1 each.

Score= Max reps

One length = 1 rep.
