Torrance Training Lab presents our 2nd Annual Individual Master's Competition, "The Geezer Games"!
If you're 35 years and older, come join us for a 1 day competition. There will be 4 workouts to test your Strength, Aerobic Capacity, and overall Fitness.
Age Divisions will be split into 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65+

Workout 1 - "Grim Reaper"

*Step Overs Allowed
In 5 Minutes, establish a heavy complex of 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Front Squat
*This workout begins with the athlete behind an empty barbell, at 3, 2, 1 Go, the athlete will have 6 minutes to complete a heavy clean, hang clean and front squat complex. Athletes must load their own barbells with a minimum of 5lb increments and can up or down in weight.

Dumbbell Snatch and Devils Press Do Not have be alternating. Shuttle Runs, both feet must be behind tape line and 1 hand can touch
