About This Competition

Pride Fit Festival 2025 is the first-ever functional fitness competition in the Philippines designed for the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies.

Happening on June 28, 2025, at the SM MOA Sky Amphitheater, the event features inclusive, team-based workouts, an athlete village, brand activations, and a vendor zone, set in an open-air venue that fosters visibility, connection, and community.

Score B: Total number of reps from Thrusters and Toe- to-Bar/ Hanging Knee Raises


WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Pride Movers (Scaled Division)

  • Partner 1: Max Calorie Row
  • Partner 2: 15 Double Dumbbell Thrusters (2x 35/25 lb) + 15 Toes-to-Bar


Pride Sparks (Bootcamp Division)

  • Partner 1: Max Calorie Row
  • Partner 2: 15 Double Dumbbell Thrusters (2x 25/15 lb) + 15 Hanging Knee Raises

* Partners continue alternating roles every completed round for the full 10-minute time cap.

  • 60 Synchronized Deadlifts (Partner 1: Dumbbells 35/25 lb, Partner 2: Barbell 95/65 lb)
  • 30 Lateral Burpees Over Bar (Shared)
  • 45 Synchronized Hang Power Cleans (Partner 1: Dumbbells, Partner 2: Barbell)
  • 30 Box Jump Overs (Shared)
  • 30 Synchronized Shoulder-to-Overhead (Partner 1: Dumbbells, Partner 2: Barbell)


Pride Sparks (Bootcamp Division)

  • 60 Synchronized Deadlifts (Partner 1: Dumbbells 25/15 lb, Partner 2: Barbell 65/45 lb)
  • 30 Lateral Burpees Over Bar (Shared)
  • 45 Synchronized Hang Power Cleans (Partner 1: Dumbbells, Partner 2: Barbell)

Athlete 1: Complete 3 Rounds of:

  • 12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (35/25 lb)
  • 16m Single DB Overhead Walking Lunge
  • 20 Double Unders

Once Athlete 1 finishes all 3 rounds, Athlete 2 completes:

  • 36 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (35/25 lb)
  • 48m Single DB Overhead Walking Lunge
  • 60 Double Unders

Buy-Out: 400m Run (together)
