Pride Fit Festival 2025
About This Competition
Pride Fit Festival 2025 is the first-ever functional fitness competition in the Philippines designed for the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies.
Happening on June 28, 2025, at the SM MOA Sky Amphitheater, the event features inclusive, team-based workouts, an athlete village, brand activations, and a vendor zone, set in an open-air venue that fosters visibility, connection, and community.

- Partner 2: 15 Double Dumbbell Thrusters (2x 35/25 lb) + 15 Toes-to-Bar
Pride Sparks (Bootcamp Division)
- Partner 1: Max Calorie Row
- Partner 2: 15 Double Dumbbell Thrusters (2x 25/15 lb) + 15 Hanging Knee Raises
* Partners continue alternating roles every completed round for the full 10-minute time cap.

Once Athlete 1 finishes all 3 rounds, Athlete 2 completes:
- 36 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (35/25 lb)
- 48m Single DB Overhead Walking Lunge
- 60 Double Unders
