VERSION EN ÉQUIPE (100$): 8h00-13h00
• Équipes mixtes H/F
o 6 minutes pour max out par mouvement, les deux coéquipiers simultanément (snatch/C&J))
o L'équipe avec le meilleur SINCLAIR l'emporte (poids de corps vs charge levée)
VERSION COMPÉTITION SANCTIONNÉE (50-80$): À partir de 13:30
o Groupe hommes/ groupe femmes
o Compétition individuelle, le meilleur SINCLAIR l'emporte
o Affiliation de 30 $ incluse dans le prix de la compétition (80$), si l'athlète est déjà affilié à la fédération d'haltérophilie, le prix de la compétition est de 50$
TEAM VERSION ($100): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
o Mixed teams (M/F)
o 6 minutes to max out per movement, both teammates lifting simultaneously (Snatch / Clean & Jerk)
o The team with the best SINCLAIR score wins (body weight vs. weight lifted)
SANCTIONED COMPETITION VERSION ($50–$80): Starting at 1:30 PM
o Men's group / Women's group
o Individual competition, best SINCLAIR score wins
$30 affiliation fee included in the $80 competition price. If the athlete is already affiliated with the weightlifting federation, the competition fee is $50
