Saturday, November 19 at RRCF Monterey Bay
Male/female pairs
12 Rx teams & 12 scaled teams
(See event description on Competition Corner for standards)
3 workouts for all + 1 finale for top 4 teams in each division
Early bird registration August 15-30
Register before September 15 and a t-shirt will be included for each athlete
Workout release dates:
Event 1: August 18
Event 2: September 1
Event 3: September 15
Finale: day of competition

Athletes will decide what weight they use that BOTH athletes can work with.
Athletes 1 & 2 Start w/ DU and then moves to DL and completes as many reps as possible in remainder of the time. Then Athletes repeat cycle every minute on the minute until 15000 limit is reached
ie: Athlete 1 completes DU and 5 @ 225 = 1,125lbs
Working at 225# will = out to 45reps needed
