We are bringing back Battle of the Baes comp this May!
Prize: $1500
Co-ed Competition Teams of 2 


Divisons: RX - Masters (40+) - Scaled

Wod 1 | From The Floor Up - All Divisions

3 Rep Max Front Squat from the ground - you mean squat clean first rep
-counts as 1 squat
-there will be a men’s and women’s bar set up


Wod 2 | Synchro Fours

8 min Amrap
4 Sychro Wall Balls
4 Sychro Burpees
4 Partner Deadlifts

After each round is complete 4 reps will be added to each movement: Round 2, 8... Round 3, 12 and so on until the 8 min are up. Each team will have 2 Wall Balls and 1 men’s 45 lb bar. Bar weight for each division is listed below.

225 lb bar weight is loaded: 110 lb + 45 lb bar + 70 lb

185 lb bar weight is loaded: 85 lb + 45 lb bar + 55 lb
