No refunds, no exceptions. If you cannot compete for any reason and have a replacement, we will allow team members to be replaced.

SPRING CLEANING LADDER
Athletes will complete as many sets as possible in 8 minutes. Must stay in the same order and at the same barbell.
RX Weights:
Athlete 1- 1 rep 225
Athlete 2- 2 reps 185
Athlete 3- 3 reps 135
Athlete 4- 4 reps 105
Intermediate Weights:

SPRING CLEANING MAX:
Teams will have 8 minutes for all 4 team members to establish a 1 rep max clean. The top four weights will be added together for a team score of total weight lifted. Teams will have a 2 minute break then head straight into part II, the clean and jerk ladder.
