Double Trouble

For Time:

Athletes 1 and 2 complete

Synchro Bar Muscle-Ups
Synchro Squat Snatch (135/95)

Then athletes 3 and 4 complete
21-15-9

Synchro Deadlifts (225/155)
Synchro Handstand Push-ups

WOD 2: Stairway to Heaven

Part 1:
For time with a 10:00 cap

Biking and Clean & Jerk Ladder
165/125, 185/135, 205/145, 225/155, 245/165

*Prior to each ladder weight, each athlete completes 10 calories on the bike. Monitor must be reset between each athlete. (Reset can be done by any team member.)  All athletes must complete the ladder weight in order to move forward. Multiple attempts allowed per weight, with one athlete working at a time.

Part 2:
Minute 10:00-17:00
1RM Clean & Jerk

There are two team scores for this WOD:
1.  Completion time for C&J ladder.
2. Combined team total of a 1RM C&J.

The team's completion time of each round of bike calories will serve as a tiebreaker time if needed.

WOD 3: Gangnam Style

AMRAP 15

One athlete completes a full round, tags trailing partner and rows until that partner completes a full round, then takes rower. Athletes rotate in this manner until 15:00 mark.


30 Double Unders
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24")
10 Wallballs (20#)
Max Calories on Row (until the trailing partner completes their round.)

*2 scores:  Rounds+Reps and Total calories as a team.

WOD 1: DOUBLE TROUBLE

FOR TIME:

Athletes 1 and 2 complete
15-12-9
Synchro Pull-ups
Synchro Squat Snatch (or Power Snatch +OHS) (95/65)

Then athletes 3 and 4 complete
21-15-9
Synchro Double Dumbbell Push Press (35's/25's)
Synchro Deadlifts (185/135)

 

 

WOD 2: Stairway to Heaven

Part 1:
