Workout 1 - "Into the deep end"

Competitor 1 - MAX Calories on Echo Bike

Competitor 2- 20m Sandbag walking lunges (30kg Everyday / 40kg Elite)

              10 x Sandbag Ground to Over Shoulder (30kg Everyday / 40kg Elite)


Score : Max Calories on the bike.

Switch with partner every time you finish with the Sandbag movements. 

Workout 2 - "Lactic Ladder"

15 Minutes


Deadlift - Ascending Ladder (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 ... ) 

After each set of Deadlifts, you have 

10m Burpee Broad Jumps


Score : Deadlifts completed

Workout 3 - "On the Pull"

15 Minutes


1st 5 Minutes

Competitor 1 - MAX Distance Ski Erg 

Competitor 2 - MAX Distance Rower

100 Synchro Butterfly Sit Ups


Time Remaining competitors switch machines.
