About This Competition

We kick the 2022 CanWest Season off with our Online Qualifier. 10 Days, 4 Workouts, 1 Goal. Punch your ticket to the biggest fitness festival in Canada.
The Qualifiers will take place across 10 days from April 4th to 14th, 2022.
Following your successful qualification, The 2022 CanWest Games will take place on the 15th, 16th & 17th of July 2022, at Percy Perry Stadium in Coquitlam, BC.
Workouts & Rules
All workouts will be released at the same time, no later than 11:59pm PDT on April 3rd, 2022. The Leaderboard will remain blind until the close of the competition. This ensures athletes will focus on the quality of their execution of these workouts. scores for the entire competition are due, with videos, no later than 11:59pm PDT on April 14th, 2022.
Your age division is the division you will be on July 14th, 2022.
No refunds or substitutions for the Qualifier are allowed.
