About This Competition
ALRIGHT ANCHOR FITNESS FAITHFUL ARE YOU READY?!?!?! WELCOME TO SUMMER SLAM!
(In your best wwe announcer voice)
This competition, athletes are not just lifting barbells and hitting WODs, they are going to SLAAAAAAAAM through these workouts! We want athletes hungier than a "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan with a 2x4, ready to unleash the inner beast!
This is not a participation trophy competition! Its a showdown of strength, speed, and will. You're going to sweat more than Macho Man Randy Savage after a steel cage match, and youll be digging deep like the Undertaker rising from the dead!
So, let the bodies hit the floor....of the gym! Lets see who's got the power, the endurance, and the heart to take home the FIRST EVER crown at this years SUMMER SLAM!

There will be three divisions in this intense competition:
RX. SCALED. WEIGHTLIFTING.
RX and SCALED division will be done tag team style (with a partner).
WEIGHTLIFTING will be a sum of power and Olympic lifts!
The workouts for SUMMER SLAM should drop JUNE 12, JUNE 19th, and JUNE 26th. Registration closes July 4th! If you have any questions please reach out to joseph@anchorfitness.training.
