- 50/35kg but scaling available (40/25kg)
- 10 second penalty for (intentionally) dropped bars
- Athletes must perform in sequential order
- DT - 5 Deadlifts / 3 Hang Cleans / 1 STOH

50m Partner Stretcher Carry
25m Burpee Broad Jump x 3
Max Cal Echo Bike
· On go two athletes will carry one athlete on stretcher 25m out and 25m back
· You can swap and change as much as you like
· Once complete athlete 1 will complete a 25m burpee board jump and run back and tag athlete 2
· This will continue until the whole team have completed the burpee broad jump
· Once athlete 1 is back they can start accumulating calories on the Echo Bike
· You can swap and change as much as you like on the Echo Bike
· Your score will be the calories accumulated at the end of the 6 minutes
AMRAP 9
12/9 Cal Ski
8 DB (single) to Overhead - 22.5/15kg
Max Thrusters - 40/25kg
- Athlete one begins, once they have completed their max effort set of thrusters they tag athlete 2 and so on
- This continues until the 9 minutes are up
- Athletes must go in sequential order
- Scaling options will be available (30/20kg)
- 5 thruster Penalty for (intentionally) dropped bars or dumbbells
- DB to OH can be C&J or Snatch
