About This Competition
Partner Competition:
MM and FF
RX and Scaled divisions 24 teams per division (24 male teams, 24 female teams each)
Registration opens on March 10th
Workouts:
3 workouts for everyone
The top 4 teams do a 4th and final workout
Divisions:
RX: RX Open - Quarterfinals weights and movements
Scaled: Open-scaled standards
Workouts will be released the week before the event with written and video explanations of standards and flow
Prizes:
First place RX: $500
Gift bags full of goodies for 1st-3rd in both divisions
Refund Policy - We understand that things happen and plans have to change last minute, however, please be aware that if you cannot participate in the event we cannot offer a refund for any reason.

120 Calorie Bike (switch every 20 calories)
2 length Bear Crawl each (one after the other)
30 Partner Deadlifts 315/220
500 Double Unders (must be split evenly, but can break up how you would like)
Handstand Walk length (one after the other)

10 Squat Snatches (185/130)
20 Shoulder to Overhead
*Men must do 10 reps each - both athletes performing the BMU equals one rep
*Women must do 5 reps each - Each athlete performing the BMU will count as a rep however, Athlete 1 must remain in the supported position while Athlete 2 completes their BMU for Athlete 1 to perform their next rep.
