About This Competition

WODtoberfest is a competitive event, but is focused on being fun for everyone. The programming will be manageable, but it will not be easy. This is a great first event if you want to test your fitness and try out the competitive side of our sport!

No refunds.

Substitutions allowed. Please notify organizers via email of changes before competition day.

There is plenty of parking in the parking lot if you come early. Extra parking is along the road on Stevens Road.

20 Clean and Jerk S: 55/95, I: 95/135, E: 115/185

20 T2B (S: Hanging Knee raises)

20x 20ft Broad jumps, Scaled Shuttle Runs

44 OHS (Scaled-Fr. sq: 55/75lb, Int: 75/115lb, Elite: 105/165lb) 

Row 2000m M&M teams, 1800 M&F teams, 1600 F&F teams 

44 back squats (same) 

Row 1000m M&M teams, 900 M&F teams, 800 F&F teams) 

44 squats (E: pistols ea. leg)

Row 500m row M&M, 450 M&F, 400 F&F

7min AMRAP

30 -30ft run Wallballs
