CROSSFIT® CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

Workout 1, 2 & 3 

RELEASE: April 15th - 11am

Divisions:
RX & INTERMEDIATE
(scaling options for intermediate)

Age Categories:
30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+

MastersHQ Online:
 
Runs for 4 weeks. Every 2 weeks there will be 3 workout releases. 

Workouts:
Workouts will be released onto our Website,  Instagram and Facebook page. These will include weight requirements for each age/division and links to demonstrations of workout standards as well as printable score sheets.

Participants:
All participants have 2 weeks to complete the workouts (3 weeks for release 1) and submit their score and video via Competition corner. Scores must be submitted no later than 10am on submission day for scores to count.

Wildcard:
Any athlete that qualifies for the 2021 CFG Age group qualifier is not required to complete the MastersHQ Online qualifier.
Athlete will be required to email final standings to admin@mastershq.com.au by April 28th 2021

TOP QUALIFYING ATHLETES MUST SUBMIT VIDEOS. 
MastersHQ recommends WeTime timing app. All workouts will be programmed in to the timing app for your convenience.

Videos are required for any athlete (Intermediate and RX) to progress to the next round

Age:
To be eligible to enter this comp, athletes must be 30 years or above on 31st December 2021.  Age category is also based on athletes age on 31st December 2021 

Leaderboard:
Each individual athlete will be able to track their ranking on our live MHQ leaderboard also found on our website.

Top 8 athletes in each age category and division in each State/region will be invited to compete in the next stage of competition

 Shuttle run
5 x 15m up and back after each set


1 shuttle run = 15m up, 15m back
30m x 5 = 150m total each time

*Do not repeat the 1 bar facing burpee
*Do not complete shuttles after the last set of 10 bar facing burpees

Athletes must start with bar facing burpees and end with bar facing burpees.
